idgard® PW: Log in to productivity tool

idgard® PW: Log in to productivity tool

Start the program via auto boot when starting the system or with the familiar links in the start menu, on the desktop, or (per double-click) in the installation directory IDGARDSYNC.exe file.

For a successful login you need an idgard® full license. For the login you use the username and password that you also enter for the login in the idgard® web app. If you need a second factor for the login, it will be requested after entering the username and password.

For example, if you selected SMS as the second factor, after you enter your username and password, an SMS with a passcode will be sent to the mobile number stored in your profile, which the productivity tool will then prompt you to enter.

After successfully entering the second factor, the productivity tool will start as usual. In case you waited too long to enter the passcode, you will need to go back to the login, reconfirm username and password and this will give you a new passcode.

Forgot Password? : If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by entering the PUK.

Note: You must know your username and password to log in. If you have forgotten your username, password or both security features, contact your administrator from whom you received the full license. He can reassign your license.
