idgard® PW:Read, create and reply to messages

The box view corresponds to a top view of all boxes that are in the idgard® web app. As in the idgard browser version, you can also write and reply to messages here. If you want to see new messages in the cloud, you may have to refresh the view with the F5 key. In the local directory on your computer, messages created here in the app cannot be seen. Any box member can reply to these messages. To write a message, you need at least the write permission. A message can be replied, deleted, downloaded and moved.

Proceed as follows:

  1. Open the system tray  in the task bar on your computer
  1. Click once with the left mouse button on the green ID icon  .
  1. The box list opens.
  2. To open a box in the box view, left click twice on the box name.
  3. In the right part of the box view, enter a title and a content of the message.
  4. Finish the process by clicking on "Create".
  5. Double-click on the message to open its content in the right part of the window.
  6. Enter a reply in the field.
  7. To finish the process, click the "Reply" button.
