idgard® PW: Sync options

In the box mapping window you will see a list of your boxes. Next to the name, you can turn automatic synchronization on or off. If automatic synchronization is switched off, you can also trigger manual synchronization for each box individually at any time. You can also synchronize individual files in the box view without having to synchronize the entire box.

Automatic synchronization:

Proceed as follows:

Open the system tray in the taskbar on your computer.
Right-click on the green ID icon .
Select the "Box mapping" option.
Activate the "Auto Sync" function via the checkbox.
Set the function to "On" for the desired local box directory.

Manual sync:

Proceed as follows:

Open the system tray in the task bar on your computer.
Click with the left mouse button on the green ID icon.
The box list appears.
Right-click on the box you want to synchronize.
Select the "Full sync” option. A successful data synchronization can be recognized by a rotating blue wheel. When 100% is displayed, the data synchronization is complete.
