Some weeks ago, we invited you to participate in our user survey. We are very happy about your numerous positive reactions! But also, your constructive criticism helps us—thank you again!
Here are the results of the survey evaluation: More than half of you (69%) have rated us with 7 to 10 out of 10 points, about 35% would probably or very probably recommend us. But there are some aspects that we should optimize too. Especially regarding usability there is room for improvement. We are pleased to inform you that we are knuckling down and working at full speed on this!
Integration of MS Teams & Co.
In addition to more user-friendliness and optimizations of the user interface, many of you would like to see an integration of other business platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Office 365. We would like to make an initial integration for Microsoft Teams available to you in the first quarter of 2021.
Furthermore, the permissions management for administrators of an idgard® account is in high demand by you. In the future, the admin will be able to determine how often links may be shared and how much memory is available to individual users. But these are only two examples of the extension of permissions that we are planning for the coming year based on your feedback.
