A user with a full license can create guests and/or data rooms depending on the assigned permission. In each case a license is required, which thus reduces the license pool of your idgard account. For control you have in the administration an overview of the consumption of the licenses of each user with full license. Only if you have the authorization of an administrator you can access this data.

Proceed as follows:

1. Open the Administration in the sidebar on the left. You are in the user administration.
   
2. To the left of the search field, select whether you want to search for a name, organization (company) or e-mail address. Enter the full name or only a part of the name from the searched object.You must enter at least three characters for the search. The search function is a filtering. The more precise the entry, the fewer results will be displayed in the box overview.
   
3. If necessary, move the scroll bar to the right until you see the license usage data.
   
4. The column "Invited" shows the license usage when creating other users with full or guest license. The "Data Room" column indicates how many data rooms have been created by the user.
