Link to download the productivity tool

The productivity tool serves to synchronize the data on your PC with idgard®. A full license is required to work with the productivity tool. The productivity tool can only be used on a computer with a Windows operating system. It requires Windows 8.1, Windows 10.

 You can find the link to the productivity tool in the Help menu.

  • Open the "Help" menu
  • Go to the "Clients" section
  • Click on the “Link” icon to the right of the name "Productivity Tool"
  • Download the productivity tool on your computer.   The .exe file can be found in the download folder you specified. Install it.

If you need the productivity tool as an .msi package file to distribute it on your IT infrastructure, send us a ticket.

Alert
The installation of the productivity tool via .msi file can only succeed if you run it as administrator.
