Logging out of idgard®

Logging out of idgard®

You may only open one session of idgard® per browser. However, you can distribute different sessions of idgard® to several browsers. If you would like to end these sessions, click on the command "Terminate all".
If you work additionally with the productivity tool or with mobile apps, it is advisable to log out of idgard® with the command "Terminate all” to end all your sessions on all devices. This way, data protection is maintained, and your account is protected from unauthorized access.

If you have been working with idgard® on someone else's device, it is advisable to log off with the command "Terminate all other sessions” to end sessions on all devices, except the current one. This is a useful way to protect your idgard® account from abuse in case you forget to log out.

The administrator of your idgard® account can predefine the duration of a session and automatically terminate the session when it expires.
