If you have booked the idgard® account for your company, you have previously created login data during the registration process. We as the operator have no access to your login data which you have selected for the registration of your idgard® account (login data of the registration administrator!). These login data can also not be reset by another user of your account. Save the registration administrator's login data so that they cannot be lost and set up another full license user (2nd administrator) with administrator rights to manage your idgard® account. If the login data of the 2nd administrator gets lost, the registration administrator can reset them in case of emergency. The registration administrator's credentials may be especially important for accessing the sealed backup.

​It is not possible for other users, even with administrator privileges, to make changes to the registry administrator's profile. This can be done only by the registry administrator himself.

The registration administrator's credentials cannot be reset by another user of your account. The license of a registration administrator cannot be reassigned. Protecting the registration administrator's credentials is especially important.
