Mark files as unread

Boxes that contain new content are marked with a small red circle which shows the number of new files. As soon as you open unread files, these are marked as read. You can mark read files as unread again or unread as read without having to open them.

 

To mark unread files of a box as read:

1.   Select the More options icon on the right side of the box that contains unread files that you want to mark as read.

2.   Select Mark all as read from the context menu.
All unread files in the box are marked as read. In the box overview, the display of unread files is adapted. That means that the small red circle with the number of unread files is not displayed anymore. The order of the boxes is also adapted.

 

To mark an unread file within a box as read:

1.   Open the box in which you want to mark an unread file as read.
Unread files are displayed at the top of the box.

2.   Select the More options icon on the right side of the file or note that you want to mark as read.

3.   Select Mark as read from the context menu.
The file is marked as read and the order of the files within the box is adapted. In the box overview, the display of unread files is adapted.

 

To mark a read file within a box as unread:

1.   Open the box in which you want to mark a read file as unread.

2.   Select the More options icon on the right side of the file or note that you want to mark as unread.

3.   Select Mark as unread from the context menu.
The file is marked as unread and displayed at the top of the box. In the box overview, the display of unread files is adapted.
