The following instructions apply only to the Essential, Growth, and Enterprise license packages. If you have booked any other package, contact support. Write to support@idgard.com
If your company’s address or billing address has changed, you
can modify your data in the customer portal.
Proceed
as follows:
- Log into the customer portal.
- You are now in the Subscription overview.
- Click on “ Details .”
- Go to the “ Billing Address ” field on the left.
- Click on the pen icon . Enter the updated address information.
