Open a file

If you want to open a file, the software on your computer that supports the corresponding file format is always accessed. It is not possible to open a file if the corresponding software is not installed on the computer. Once you have opened a file, depending on the browser you are using, this may either lead directly to downloading the file to your computer or you will be asked to save the file in your computer.

Proceed as follows:

1. You open a file by clicking on the name of the file
