With idgard®, operator security means that we have no access to your data. idgard® eliminates this risk completely, not only thanks to its encryption technology but also through intelligent physical access systems.

We do not know your login data and, therefore, we have no possibility to reset them.Nor can we change any settings in your idgard® account. If you are concerned regarding lost login data or would like to have notifications deactivated, please contact the person who invited you to idgard® or contact the Administrator of this idgard® account.
