downloads
Data rooms can be added for
the Growth and Enterprise packages. To protect the
content of the data room from mass downloads, you can set values (number,
interval) for downloading files. If this rule is violated, this action gets
logged in the journal as an alarm message. Every time a read-only PDF document
is accessed, it is also recorded as a download. These settings
can only be made by the data room creator or data room administrator.
Proceed as follows:
- Open your data room
- Open the 3-dot menu in the green bar
- Click on Box settings
- Open the tab "Data room"
- Activate the function “Journal entry on bulk download”
- Enter the desired values for triggering the alarm message.
Save your settings.
