Recommendations on data protection settings

The system can assign certain administration functions based on the TCDP data protection classes 1 through 3. Data protection class 3 offers the highest data protection for your idgard® account. You can find the recommendations on data protection settings in the enterprise settings under the “Access protection” tab. The presets vary depending on the data protection class you select. Use the protection requirements calculator to determine the TCDP data protection class that best suits your needs.

Proceed as follows:
Open “Administration” on the left sidebar.
Click on the “3-dot” menu in the top-right corner of the toolbar.
Select “Enterprise settings.”
Go to the “Access protection” tab.
Click on “Data protection: recommended settings.”
Select “Show presets.”
Click on “Determine your protection requirement class (German version only).”
