Record dictations in the idgard® iOS App
Record a voice message
The dictation function app of your iOS device can be used to record dictations and upload them directly to the currently displayed folder/box. Activate the microphone function in the settings of your iOS device and use the instructions from the manufacturer of your device. A user can perform this function only if he has at least the rights to download and upload.
Proceed as follows:
- Open a box.
- Navigate to the location of the voicemessage.
- Tap on the "plus icon" at the top right.
- Select the "Record a voice message" function.
- Give the voice message a name.
- Activate the microphone to start recording.
- If you want to end the recording or interrupt recording, tap on the End-Symbol

- To play back the recording or start recording tap on the "arrow symbol"

- Tap on "Save" to record the voice message into the box.
