Registration not possible

If you get the error message "Registration not possible", it could be because of the following:
  1. You have opened idgard® in your browser and have activated the registration link in the same browser. You have opened two sessions in one browser. You can only have one session of idgard® running in one browser. Use another browser for the registration link or log out of idgard®.
  2. The registration link is already used up by its previous activation.
  3. You have not activated JavaScript in your browser.
If none of these scenarios apply, please contact the person who sent you the registration link. This person can generate a new registration link by using the "Re-assign license" function in your profile.
