System requirements

In order to be able to use the idgard add-in for Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office must be installed on your device or you must have access to it via office.com.

idgard supports the following versions:

●    Microsoft Office with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Power Point: Office 2021 or higher

●    Microsoft Office with MS Word, MS Excel, but without MS Power Point: Office 2019 or higher

 

Please note that Microsoft Internet Explorer is not supported.

 

Licensing requirements

Your company has an idgard license and is registered as the organization. You have an idgard user account with a full license set up within your organization.

 

Installation requirements

In order to be able to install the idgard add-in for Microsoft Office, idgard for Office must be approved in your organization and you must have the necessary permissions to install apps in MS Office.
