System requirements
In order to be able to use the
idgard add-in for Microsoft Outlook (Microsoft Outlook 2019 and newer),
Microsoft Outlook must be installed on your device or you must have access to
it via outlook.office.com with an Microsoft 365 account.

Your company has an idgard license and is registered as the organization. You have an idgard user account with a full license set up within your organization.

In order to be able to install the
idgard add-in for Microsoft Outlook, the idgard add-in for Microsoft Outlook
must have been released for your organization and you need to have permission
to install apps in Microsoft Outlook.
