Reset password

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it using the PUK. If you have a full license, you received a PUK during your registration.
If you know your user name and have forgotten your password, you can reset it using your PUK.  If you have a guest license, no PUK has been sent to you after registration. Create a PUK in the "Preferences" module and keep the PUK safe.

Proceed as follows:

  1. Open  https://my.idgard.de/   and go to the login page.
  2. Click on “Forgot password?”
  3. Enter your username
  4. Enter a new password
  5. Confirm this password
  6. Enter your PUK completely (every character!)

Finish the process with "Reset password".

If you have a guest license, you have not received a PUK number after registration. Create one in Preferences and keep it safe.
