Sealed-Backup Read Session to find lost files

Sealed-Backup Read Session to find lost files

Do you use the "Sealed Backup" in the Enterprise package and a file has been accidentally deleted in the meantime, you can find it again in a special access session. The special access session must be requested. Please send us a ticket with your request. We will send you further instructions.

To be able to set up a top view of your data (special access session), we need the following data:    
  1. the User ID of your registration administrator
  2. the day on which you would like the file to be available
You also need the login data (username and password) of your registration administrator. Please do not share this data with us!
