Search and sort users
If you would like to search for a user's
profile in the guest administration or user administration, you can use the
search field or sort the profiles in ascending or descending order using the
individual columns. Using the search field, you can search by name,
e-mail address or by organization. The search function is a simple filter. Once
you have selected a sorting, either by columns or by filtering using the search
function, it will be retained during a current session.
Sorting
- If you click on the name of a column header , you can sort the data below it in ascending or descending order.
- If you want to apply this sorting to the search for a user, you can, for example, facilitate the search with the sorting according to the license type (full license, guest license).
Search via the search field
Proceed as follows:
- To the left of the search field, select the criterion of the search (name, e-mail, etc.).
- Start typing your search term . Enter the name or at least three consecutive characters of the searched object. This search is a filtering. The more consecutive characters you enter in the search field, the more accurate the search result will be.
The results are displayed as you type - you do not need to press Enter. Once a sort has been made, it is retained during a current session. However, if you log out of idgard® or refresh the page, the sort will be reset.
