Share files

You can share files that you have opened directly with other idgard users or external guests.

 

To share files:

1.   Open the file that you want to share.

2.   Select the Share icon in the top app bar.
An overview of apps that you can use for sending the file is displayed.

3.   Select the app that you want to use for sending.

4.   Into the address field, enter name or email address of the recipient.

5.   Select the Send icon.
The file is sent to the recipient and the recipient can access it.
