Bookmarks in PDF file

If your PDF file contains bookmarks, you can call them individually in idgard®. Use conventional software for inserting bookmarks. To open a PDF file you need at least the right to read.

Proceed as follows:

  1.   Click on the “+” icon  in the toolbar at the top of the screen.
  2. Select “ Upload files .”
  3. When idgard® accesses your computer, select the respective file(s) .
  4. Search for the file on your computer or network and select “ Open ” to attach it to idgard®. The file is then shown in the “ Upload file ” area.
  5. When you upload files, a progress bar appears. Even if it shows 100%, wait until idgard® switches to file view. Only then are all files uploaded.
  6. Click on the file name to open the file.
  7. Click on the tile icon in the upper left corner.
  8. Then select “ Outline .”
  9. You now see a list of all individual bookmarks .
  10. Click on the desired bookmark to display the corresponding page.
