Show date of access to Boxes

This will display the date of the first and last access of a Box member within the member area of a Box. This setting can be defined in the administration menu. This function must me explicitly enabled for Boxes. To set the date of accesses to Boxes, you need the permission of an administrator.

Proceed as follows:

Open the "Administration" menu.
Open the 3-dot menu in the green bar in the upper right.
Click on "Enterprise settings".
Click on tab "Boxen."
Go to "Display time of first and last access to PrivacyBoxes”.

Save your settings.
