Show storage use of the idgard-account
Open the Administration in the sidebar on the left. In the account status of the administration, you can see the total space usage of your idgard® account.
Proceed as follows:
- Open
the administration.
- Click
on the 3-dot menu in the upper right corner.
- Select
the “Account” section.
- Scroll
down to Price plan.
- The
first thing you will see is the account status. You can see from this table how
much storage has been used and how much storage is still available.
If 80%
of the booked storage space is used up, the registration administrator will
receive an e-mail with a warning. You can now add more storage or delete
boxes. In the account status, only the used space from the "owned" column from the user administration is listed. This also includes the memory consumption caused by other users in this box.
