SMS passcode not received

If you have not received a passcode via SMS on your smartphone and you are unable to log in, retrieve the SMS again.

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Enter you username and password
  3. Activate the feature "No SMS received?"
  4. An SMS will be sent to you again


Due to weak mobile network or deactivated SMS function on your smartphone it could happen that the SMS can not be delivered
If you do not receive a passcode on your mobile device after 4 SMS requests, you will receive the passcode to the email address stored in idgard®.

If you still do not receive an SMS with the passcode, send us a ticket.
