Sorting the Boxes in the Box overview
The boxes are sorted alphanumerically, i.e. the boxes can be sorted by letters as well as by numbers. If there are new/unread files in a box, this box is sorted upwards to make it easier to find. Sorting can be set in ascending or descending order. It is to be noted that only the boxes are indicated, in which one is also member. Thus the sorting of the boxes can result in a different view for each user.
Proceed as follows:
- Open
the "hamburger" menu (3-line symbol) in the green bar, next to
the search field
- Choose
one of the sorting criteria
Sorting helps you easily get an overview. During a current session,
the Box sorting, the search filter, and tags are maintained for the duration of
a session. If you log out of idgard® or reload the idgard® page, this sorting
is not kept.
