Switching license packages

The following instructions apply only to the Essential, Growth, and Enterprise license packages. If you have booked any other package, contact support. Write to support@idgard.com

You can switch to a different license package in the customer portal. Here you can switch from a package with a monthly contract term to one with an annual term or from a smaller package to a larger one. Switching packages does not affect any of the data you have stored in idgard® .

Proceed as follows:

Log into the customer portal.
You are now in the Subscription overview.
Click on “ Details .”
Click on “ Change Subscription/Buying .”
Enter your country and VAT ID.
On the top right, select one of the available packages in the “ idgard® Plan ” field.
In the “ Contract ” field, select an annual or monthly contract term.
In the “ Payment ” field, select an annual or monthly payment method.
Click on “ Submit the change ” on the bottom left hand side.
