idgard® iOS App: Taking Pictures

Taking Pictures with the idgard® iOS App


You can take pictures using the camera app of your iOS device and upload them directly to the currently displayed folder/Box. Activate the camera function in the settings of your iOS device and follow the instructions of your device manufacturer. The idgard® iOS app accepts the pictures created by your device. A user can perform this function only if he has at least the rights to download and upload.

 



Proceed as follows:

  1. Open the Box.
  2. Tap the   plus ico n   in the top-right corner.
  3. Select “Take a picture.” Follow the instructions of your device manufacturer.
  4. Navigate to the desired storage location.
  5. If you would like to upload the picture to the Box, tap “use photo” in the footer.
  6. You can create additional pictures using the “retake” option.
  7. If you would like to track the upload process, switch to the Box overview and tap “Activities.”
