Taking Pictures with the idgard®
iOS App
You can take pictures using the camera app of your iOS device and upload them directly to the currently displayed folder/Box. Activate the camera function in the settings of your iOS device and follow the instructions of your device manufacturer. The idgard® iOS app accepts the pictures created by your device. A user can perform this function only if he has at least the rights to download and upload.
Proceed as
follows:
- Open the Box.
- Tap the plus ico n in the top-right corner.
- Select “Take
a picture.” Follow the
instructions of your device manufacturer.
- Navigate to the desired storage location.
- If you would like
to upload the picture to the Box, tap “use photo” in the footer.
- You can create
additional pictures using the “retake” option.
- If you would like
to track the upload process, switch to the Box overview and tap “Activities.”
