Temporary access to the data room or Box

Data rooms can be added for the Growth and Enterprise packages. To prevent members from accessing an unfinished box, a start time and the end date for possible accesses to the box can be set. To make these settings, you must be the owner the manager of a box.



Proceed as follows:
  • Open the data room/Box.
  • Open the 3-dot menu in the top-right corner.
  • Click on "Box settings".
  • Click on „Box properties".
  • Activate the "Limit access period" via checkbox.
  • Enter the desired start and end date using the "Access period start date and time" and "Access period end date and time" function.
Save your settings.


If a member of your Box wants to access the Box before the start date, they will receive a notification with the opening date. If a user wants to open the box after the set access time has expired, he will receive a notification about it. He will not be able to join the box and will not see any contents of the box.
