Temporary guest

A temporary guest is automatically deleted after 30 days of inactivity. You can extend this period by adding extra days. There is no limit to the expiration date. Every time a temporary guest logs in, the 30-day countdown gets re-started. 



Proceed as follows:

  1. Open the "Guests" module in the sidebar on the left.
  2. You are in the guest management. Click the "+" icon at the top of the toolbar.
  3. Fill in the form with the master data of the guest license user.
  4. Select "Temporary guest" in the "Type" field.
  5. Select the specified period for measuring the possible activity or change it by clicking on the calendar.
