Use the Room Assistant to create a data room

Use the Room Assistant to create a data room

If a full license user has been appointed as room assistant, they can create a data room without being the creator themselves.  Data rooms can be added for the Growth and Enterprise packages.  The Room Assistant can add further users to this data room, but they cannot see the content of the data room.  He can see and create folders, but he cannot see files in the folders. 




Proceed as follows:

  1. Open the Administration menu
  2. Open the 3-dot menu
  3. Click on "Room Management"
  4. A dialog window appears in which you can enter the name of the data room and assign a creator.
  5. Open the "Data room" tab to give the data room specific properties.

Save your settings.
