Viewing your account status

The following instructions apply only to the Essential, Growth, and Enterprise license packages. If you have booked any other package, contact support. Write to support@idgard.com
On the account status page, you can easily see the number of booked, used, and available licenses. Only administrators have access to this function.



Proceed as follows:

  1. Log into your idgard account.
  2. Go to "Enterprise settings" in the menu to the left.
  3. Open the "Account" tab.
  4. If you would like to modify your bookings, simply do so via your “Customer Portal”.
