View images and Office documents
If you have reading rights, you can view images and Office documents directly in idgard without having to download them.
Supported formats:
The following image files can be viewed in the idgard Web App: png, jpg, tiff.
The idgard Web App supports previews for the following Office documents: docx, doc, dotx, docm, xlsx, xls, xlsm, pptx, ppt, pptm.
Proceed as follows:
- Select the box in which the desired file is stored. If necessary, navigate to the desired folder.
- Select the file name in the file list of the box.
The file will open directly in the browser.
