WebDAV integration for Windows PCs

Setting up the WebDAV connection for Windows 10.

  • Open the Explorer and switch to the "This PC". Right-click to open the context menu "This PC".
  • Select "Connect network drive". A mask opens in which you must enter the following data:
  • Select the drive letter for the network drive. You can use any letter you like, as long as it is not already in use.
  • Paste the appropriate WebDAV URL into the "Folder" field, either to include all Boxes or just a single Box.
  • If the check box "Reconnect on login" is checked, your PrivacyBox will be automatically integrated as a drive after a restart and immediately available for you again.
  • Mark the check box "Connect with other credentials". If this check mark is not set, Windows will try to log on with the Windows username.

Then click "Finish".
