Why some Boxes cannot be opened via WebDAV

Why some Boxes cannot be opened via WebDAV

This may be because the name of the concerned Box contains or ends with a special character, such as the following characters:   . / :

Your idgard® Boxes can only be opened via the WebDAV interface if the names of the Boxes also comply with the permissible character set of your operating system (Windows, Mac). You can find more about the allowed characters here.

Consequently, it may happen that you have no problems to open a Box or download files in idgard®, but you cannot access them via WebDAV.

If this is the case, then simply change the name of the concerned Box in your idgard® account in the tab “Box information” of the Box settings. Once you have removed the special characters of the Box name, you can use this Box via WebDAV, as usual.
