Write messages

Write messages

With the appropriate permission, a message can be read, replied to, deleted, downloaded, and moved. Messages are used to give hints and information to other Box members. Every Box member, regardless of their license or permissions, can open and read a message.
If you have the "write permission" you can write messages

Proceed as follows:
  1. Open the Box
  2. Open the "+" menu in the green bar at the top
  3. Select "New message"
  4. Enter a title for the message and the text

Click “Save” to complete the process.

 

Reply message

Proceed as follows:
  1. Open the message by clicking on its name.
  2. Click on the "Reply" button.
  3. Enter your text in the free field.
  4. Click on "Save" to finish the entry and the reply will be sent.
