Buying idgard®

Purchase via the test version/direct purchase


The following instructions apply only to the Essential, Growth, and Enterprise license packages. If you have booked any other package, contact support. Write to support@idgard.com
You have two different options to purchase idgard®: you can purchase an idgard® account through the test version or buy it directly.




Test version


Our different license packages with their corresponding features are offered on our homepage at https://www.idgard.de/en/business/pricing/ . Select a package and the desired contract term. Click on “Try it for free,” to try out the selected package and its respective features. If you do not wish to purchase the test package, the trial license will automatically expire after 14 days. There are no costs to you. Fill out the form. You will receive two registration emails. To register on the customer portal, use the email address you specified when you filled out the form. The other email contains your idgard® account registration.  If you decide to purchase idgard® after the 14-day trial phase, click on the orange banner at the bottom of the window. You will then be directed to the customer portal. In the customer portal, click on “Buy.” Follow the instructions and enter your payment details.

Direct purchase

Another way to order an idgard® account is to buy it directly. You can find all of the available license packages on our homepage at   https://www.idgard.de/en/business/pricing/ . There you have the option to purchase the selected product immediately by clicking on “Buy.” Fill out the form. Two emails will be sent to the email address specified by you. One will take you to the customer portal where you can find your contract data, invoices, etc. The other one directs you to the registration page for your idgard® account. Simply follow the instructions on the forms.


The person who purchased the idgard® account assumes the role of the registration administrator. The registration administrator’s login data cannot be reset. Please refer to the following article: Login data for registering your idgard® account .
