Reassign license
For data
protection reasons, we, as operators of idgard®, have no access to our
customers' data. We do not know your login data and are not able to reset them.
If you have forgotten your login data, please contact the person who sent you
the registration link or contact the administrator of your idgard® account.
Only they can "reassign your license" and send you a new registration
link which you can use to register again. Keep the email containing the invitation link in a safe place. That way you can see who invited you to use idgard® should you need this information in the future
For users with one-time password as a second factor: Since the one-time password (TOTP) is linked to the login data, the one-time password must be removed before a new registration link is created. Reassign the one-time password to the user after the first login.
Attention! If a registration
administrator forgets their login data, their license cannot be reassigned. It
will then no longer be possible to administer the idgard® account.
