idgard® app for Microsoft Teams: Assign permissions to Box users

Permissions for Box members


In the Box, you can define which rights and permissions individual members should have with respect to handling Box data. An Overview of the individual permissions that have been assigned is available.



Proceed as follows:
  • Open the Box by clicking on the Box name.
  • Click on “Share.”
  • Then select “Manage members.”
  • Use the check box to select the desired permission.
