Log
in with your username and password at https://my.idgard.de. The input of the
username is "case insensitive". This means it is not case sensitive. Depending on the settings, you may need to enter a passcode or TOTP password. The passcode will be sent to your smartphone via SMS. Keep your
smartphone ready to receive.
After log in you will be on the idgard® start page. If you do not see any boxes in the box overview, contact the person who sent you the registration link. This person can add you to the boxes.
