Your sign-in data for idgard for Android are identical to the sign-in data for the web app.

 

To sign in to idgard on your mobile device:

1.   Open idgard.
The sign-in screen is displayed.

2.   Enter your user name into the User name field.
You have defined your user name yourself during the registration process.

3.   Enter your password into the Password field.

4.   Optional: Activate the toggle switch Start app in offline mode if you want to use the app in offline mode. See also Set storage mode​ and Open idgard in offline mode​.

5.   Select Sign in.
A confirmation dialog is displayed. It contains the request whether you agree to the secure storage of your sign-in data.

6.   Select one of the following options:

●    Agree if you agree.
Your sign-in data are stored and idgard is opened.

●    Cancel if you do not agree.
idgard is opened. However, you cannot work in offline mode or use biometric data for signing in.

 

 

To sign out of idgard on your mobile device:

1.   Select the hamburger menu icon in the top app bar.
The side bar is displayed.

2.   Select Logout in the side bar.
idgard is closed and the sign-in screen is displayed.
