The registration administrator ( Ur-Admin) is the person who originally registered and booked the idgard® account.
The login data used in this process are essential for the administration of idgard®. If these login data get lost, they cannot be recovered. We as the operator of idgard® do not have access to the data of our customers and do not know the login data. The login data of the original administrator ( registration administrator) can neither be reset by another administrator nor can the license of a registration administrator be deleted.
The registration administrator's credentials are required, among other things, for data backup. We recommend a registration administrator not to use his login data for working in idgard®. Instead, create another user with a full license and give this user administrator rights. Please keep the login data of the registration administrator in a safe place.
If the login data of another administrator gets lost, the registration administrator can grant this person access to idgard® again via the function "Re-assign license". However, this is not possible with the registration administrator's credentials.
The registration administrator combines the roles of the technical administrator and the billing administrator. The registration administrator can thus access all areas of the administration.
