Create e-mail template for notifications
Email template for notifications
This function is only available in the Enterprise package. If you have admin permissions in the idgard® account, you can only create one customized text for the notification emails received by users for new/unread documents. You can change this text in the Administration area at any time or replace it with the standard text provided by the system.
Proceed as follows:
- Open “Administration” on the left sidebar.
- Click on the “3-dot” menu in the top-right corner of the toolbar.
- Select “Enterprise settings.”
- Go to the “Customization” tab.
- Scroll to “Email templates.”
- Under Notification, select “Create new version.”
- Select a language .
- Enter a “Subject” for the template.
- Create a customized text or select the standard text for the email template. Do not change the variable ${newCount} . It will be filled in by the system.
- Save this template.
