Create e-mail template for notifications

Email template for notifications

 This function is only available in the Enterprise package. If you have admin permissions in the idgard® account, you can only create one customized text for the notification emails received by users for new/unread documents. You can change this text in the Administration area at any time or replace it with the standard text provided by the system.

 

 

Proceed as follows:

  • Open “Administration” on the left sidebar.
  • Click on the “3-dot” menu in the top-right corner of the toolbar.
  • Select “Enterprise settings.”
  • Go to the “Customization” tab.
  • Scroll to “Email templates.”
  • Under Notification, select “Create new version.”
  • Select a language .
  • Enter a “Subject” for the template.
  • Create a customized text or select the standard text for the email template. Do not change the variable ${newCount} . It will be filled in by the system.
  • Save this template.
