Define PDF options

For PDF files in data rooms, there are additional options. You can define for each PDF file separately how others may access it.

 

To define options for PDF files:

1.   Select the More options icon on the right side of the PDF file for which you want to define special options.

2.   Select pdf options from the context menu.

3.   Select one of the following options from the context menu:

●    Normal to define no restrictions for the file usage.

●    Watermark if the file shall receive a watermark when downloaded. Other users can open the file in the PDF Viewer and use its functions, for instance, define the page transitions and page layout or use the thumbnail view.

●    View-only if the file must not be downloaded. Other users can only view the file and browse it page by page.

 

4.   Select Proceed.
The PDF options are stored and regulate the access to the file.
