idgard® app for Microsoft Teams: Download objects from a Box

Download files, folders, or messages

Read permission is required, at a minimum, to download objects.

Proceed as follows:

Open the Box.

Select one or more objects to be downloaded using the check box.

Then select “Download.”

All downloaded objects are saved in your computer’s download directory. If you download multiple objects from a Box, they are combined in a .zip file under the Box name.
