idgard® app for Microsoft Teams: Download objects from a Box
Download files, folders, or messages
Read permission is required, at a minimum, to download objects.
Proceed as follows:
- Open the Box.
- Select one or more objects to be downloaded using the check box.
- Then select “Download.”
All downloaded objects are saved in
your computer’s download directory. If you download multiple objects from a
Box, they are combined in a .zip file under the Box name.
