Adding user licenses

The following instructions apply only to the Essential, Growth, and Enterprise license packages. If you have booked any other package, contact support. Write to support@idgard.com

If no more user licenses are available, you can add additional ones. Please keep in mind that only full licenses can be purchased. Depending on the selected license package, 2, 5, or 10 guest licenses are included with each full license. If a full license user gets deleted, the license is released and available again in the license pool.

When you delete a full license user, you are also deleting the boxes created by this user including all of their contents. This means that the box contents are permanently deleted and can no longer be restored. Please also refer to this article .

You can create a new user and assign the available full license to this user, or you can contact Support to have them remove the license.

If you would like to have an additionally purchased license removed by Support, the associated guest licenses must also be available. This means that in order to be able to remove a full license, the corresponding number of guest licenses must not be assigned to other users.



Proceed as follows:

  1. Log into the customer portal.
  2. You are now in the Subscription overview.
  3. Click on “ Details .”
  4. Click on “ Change Subscription/Buying .”
  5. Enter your country and VAT ID.
  6. Enter the new total number of required full licenses in the “ Licenses (total) ” field.
  7. Click on “ Submit the change .”
