Logging actions within the administration

Monitoring Administrative Activities

As an administrator, you have the ability to monitor all activities conducted within the administration section. Actions such as creating or modifying users are logged with the date and the responsible administrator's name.

Accessing Admin Logs

To view the admin logs:

  1. Navigate to Enterprise settings.
  2. Go to the Admin Logs tab.

Entries are listed chronologically, with the most recent at the top. Use the page navigation at the bottom to access older entries.


Logged Actions

The admin logs record the following actions:

  1. Auditor - Feature disabled
  2. Auditor - Feature enabled
  3. Auditor - User account settings changed
  4. Auditor - User activated
  5. Auditor - User created
  6. Auditor - User deactivated
  7. Auditor - User deleted
  8. Auditor - User license reassigned
  9. Enterprise settings - Account details changed
  10. Enterprise settings - Billing info changed
  11. Enterprise settings - Classification changed
  12. Enterprise settings - Classification created
  13. Enterprise settings - Classification deleted
  14. Enterprise settings - Classification policy changed
  15. Enterprise settings - Company data changed
  16. Enterprise settings - Password policy changed
  17. User - Account settings changed
  18. User - Activated
  19. User - Created
  20. User - Deactivated
  21. User - Deleted
  22. User - License reassigned

    Filtering and Exporting Logs

    To refine the log entries:

    • Filter by Affected user or actor: Click the desired Search by field and select the desired filter.
    • Filter by Date Range: Enter the start and end dates to view events within a specific timeframe.
    • Filter by Event type: Select the desired event types.

    All filters can be applied simultaneously for precise results.

    To export the filtered data:

    1. Apply the desired filters.
    2. Click Export to download the displayed data as an Excel file.

    This feature allows for further analysis and record-keeping.
